The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an B2B Marketing & Events Lead. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the success of sales & partnership efforts via your inbound marketing efforts, as well as strategizing and coordinating our conference attendance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, coordinate, and execute seamless marketing campaigns and events that drive business growth.


  • Coordinate the execution of inbound marketing campaigns, content creation, email marketing, performance tracking, B2B marketing spend, etc..
  • Plan and manage events, including trade shows, conferences, and company-hosted events.
  • Negotiate for speaker slots and tickets at industry events, maximizing the company's exposure and thought leadership.
  • Coordinate and produce side events connected to principal events, creating unique experiences for attendees and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ensure seamless execution of all B2B marketing initiatives and events, managing logistics, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to drive collaboration and business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for client and partner launches, ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's objectives.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, event management, and account management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
  • Knowledge of various marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player who can work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to travel to events and conferences as required.
